​​Kenwood "Help Us Grow" (HUG)​ PTA supports our students and staff in a variety of ways.  Cultural enrichment programs, informational assemblies, book fairs and after school events for students as well as their families are only a few of the opportunities available to all our students sponsored by our organization.  We also provide classroom cash to all our teachers to help purchase extra items needed for their classrooms.  Some of our members help by volunteering to be head room parents, helping to plan classroom parties, chaperoning field trips or working with the classroom to help the teacher anyway they can.
